Ecosystem Solutions Architect
Company Overview: The company is a rapidly growing organization in the blockchain industry, dedicated to providing blockchain infrastructure solutions to its clients. As the company continues to expand, it is seeking a talented ESA to join the team and contribute to its ongoing success.
Role Summary: The ESA will play a vital role within the sales organization, acting as a liaison between the business side of sales and the technical teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, maintaining and creating nodes, addressing client feedback, and coordinating with the technical teams. This position requires a balanced skill set, combining commercial presence and sales abilities with technical expertise, and a genuine passion for the blockchain industry.

  • Maintaining and managing nodes, including their creation and addressing client feedback.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand and fulfill client requests.
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Active participation in sales meetings and contribution to the sales funnel process.
  • Utilizing expertise in Cloud and Linux environments to support sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and effectively communicating its benefits to clients.
  • Solid knowledge regarding blockchain, consensus, node maintenance, etc.
  • Result-driven. Able to provide a doable solution to clients regarding the given product/platform.
  • Willing to communicate, and enjoy solving issues brought up by both clients and other teammates.
  • Be the expert on the staking and infrastructure products. Educate customers about blockchain infrastructure and how to utilize the platform.
  • Collaborate across business, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive the desired business outcomes for our customers.
  • Own, manage, and report using CRM systems: ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant metrics are recorded.
