While the product designer focuses on ensuring usability and the engineers on feasibility, the product manager is responsible for ensuring the solution’s value and viability. Monitoring industry trends and the competitive landscape in relation to their product is also expected from the product manager.
 
About the Role ?
 
As a Product Lead, your role will revolve around overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and performance of our BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) business. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possesses a strategic understanding of business objectives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the banking domain, a strong grasp of mathematical concepts, relentless curiosity, and a proven ability to make astute strategic decisions in a rapidly evolving environment.
 
While each product team member is accountable for specific risks, we value product managers who recognize that consistent innovation stems from the collective passion and ideas contributed by every team member. As a Product Lead, you will collaborate closely with the product designer and engineering team to identify effective solutions and work together to bring those solutions to the market.
 
We empower our product teams to find the best solutions for user problems, but we also hold them accountable for delivering results. Shipping a product is essential, but it is not enough. We seek product managers who embrace responsibility for the outcome, even if it means working with others to achieve the desired results.

This position, like other roles within the product team, is an individual contributor role. You will need to demonstrate the ability to influence your teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives through data-driven and logical arguments.
 
Necessary Qualifications:
 
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions concerning product-related technology decisions and strategies.
– Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
– 5+ years of experience working as a product manager for technology-powered products.
– Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business, including engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
– Demonstrated problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to present well-structured, data-informed narratives.
– Proven ability to engage effectively with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative manner.
– Demonstrated ability to present and pitch products to end-users or customers.
– Basic knowledge of the industry and cryptocurrency trends.
