Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with the leading talent and clients in your specialist market.
• Build relationships through digital marketing, phone, video calls and in-person meetings.
• Develop your personal brand on social media and become a central part of your talent community.
• Learn interview and screening techniques to become a trusted partner to your clients.
• Attend industry conferences and events within the Web 2 and Blockchain community
• Provide valued consulting to clients on talent mapping and managing the recruitment process.

Essential Requirements:

• A desire to have an extraordinary career in sales and marketing.
• A 3.0 Bachelors degree or higher.
• Examples of where you have previously been driven to achieve goals.
• A fun, positive mind-set that enjoys working in team environments and celebrating success
