A rapidly growing leader in blockchain infrastructure is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth within the blockchain ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own the early stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to engaging top blockchain teams, laying the foundation for strong customer relationships, and securing product sales to help clients reach their goals.

You’ll conduct research to identify key decision-makers, educate prospects on blockchain infrastructure solutions (e.g., nodes, staking, APIs, MPC technologies), and generate interest through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups. You’ll source new opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts, route qualified leads to the sales team, and manage your territory efficiently using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. You’ll also cross-sell, upsell, and build partnerships with accelerators, incubators, and blockchain university clubs, all while tracking campaign performance and sharing feedback with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, a passion for blockchain technology, and excellent communication skills. You should be a self-starter who can execute ideas autonomously and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SDR tools (e.g., contact enrichment, emailing tools, Clay.com) is a plus.
