Our client, a leader in the Web3 infrastructure space is hiring a CTO to join their team. As the CTO at a cutting-edge technology company, you will oversee the engineering organization at the forefront of decentralized technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience within the decentralized or blockchain technology space, with a strong understanding of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams, with a strong focus on cultivating a culture of ongoing growth and excellence.
• Familiarity in technologies like Solidity, Rust, and scalable infrastructure solutions.
