My client, a leader in decentralized finance, is seeking a Global Head of Sales to drive the adoption of innovative liquid restaking solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape capital attraction, expand the company’s footprint, and bring products to millions of users across wallets, custodians, funds, and institutions.

In this role, you will lead and scale a high-performing sales team, develop strategies to attract capital, and manage key relationships with high-net-worth individuals, funds, and institutions. You’ll collaborate closely with product teams to align customer feedback with business objectives and represent the company at industry events.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in capital markets and financial services sales, with at least 3 years in DeFi. Proven success in sales, expertise in the DeFi ecosystem, and experience building sales engines are essential. A deep understanding of staking and restaking, along with strong negotiation skills, is highly desirable.

This is a fully remote position with global distribution. Our client values flexibility although you will need to collaborate with colleagues across time zones.
