Director of Business Development – Asia

Location: Hong Kong (Remote)

My client is seeking a strategic and driven Director of Business Development to lead their growth initiatives in Asia. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading crypto-native trading firm at the forefront of innovation in the digital asset space.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and deepening relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, funds, and family offices, while driving partnerships with blockchain projects and key ecosystem players across Hong Kong, Singapore, and other major Asian markets. You will work cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge products to market and expand the firm’s presence in the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years’ experience in institutional sales, particularly in OTC or derivatives, along with a strong understanding of both traditional finance and digital assets. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or another major Asian language is highly preferred.
