My client, a leading crypto-native algorithmic trading firm, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development and Partnerships to accelerate their growth in the U.S. market. This is a key role focused on expanding the firm’s institutional OTC business, building relationships with crypto projects, and driving strategic partnerships with financial institutions and ecosystem partners.

You will develop and execute a growth strategy, working closely with internal teams to launch new liquidity products and services, and deepen relationships across the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional finance and digital assets, with expertise in OTC products (especially derivatives) and a proven track record in business development.
