Director of Business Development – Asia

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

My client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to lead their expansion efforts in the Asia-Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading crypto-native trading firm focused on providing liquidity and driving innovation in the digital asset space. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the business development efforts, responsible for building strategic partnerships and driving growth in key markets across Asia.

The role will involve establishing and cultivating relationships with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, funds, and family offices, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. You will work closely with blockchain projects, venture capital firms, and other ecosystem players. You will also lead cross-functional teams to launch new products.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years’ experience in institutional sales, preferably in OTC or derivatives. Experience with crypto is strongly preferred.
