Sr. Product Manager – Payment

Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will have the responsibility of recognizing new market opportunities, driving innovation, and developing products to meet evolving customer needs. Your role will encompass market research, product design, implementation, and release processes. You will also focus on defining and scaling the payment systems that enable global money movement, ensuring seamless access to a wide range of crypto assets. Acting as an internal champion, you will build consensus and influence senior management on new product ideas.  Collaboration with stakeholders from design, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, customer support, and finance will be key to aligning the product roadmap and achieving growth targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of payment products (ACH, Cards, Wire, SEPA, FPS, FAST, PIX, etc.) and drive their success.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and backlogs, working towards defined goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with product designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers to bring features to life.
• Ensure smooth product releases and announcements, coordinating with customer support teams and stakeholders.
• Track and analyze product metrics using dashboards to optimize performance and user experience.
• Drive adoption and usage of products by working closely with marketing and risk teams, addressing customer needs and feedback.

What We Look for In You:

• Previous product management experience in the payments space, including payments clearing and settlement.
• Visionary mindset for anticipating crypto market trends and understanding changes in the payments industry.
• Ability to innovate and develop unique product offerings and business models to achieve business goals.
• Experience in designing and building payments systems, along with knowledge of associated risk management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions with limited information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating strategy into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Technical proficiency, comfortable diving into product details and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Results-oriented with a focus on metrics, identifying and tracking KPIs, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges and a strong passion for crypto and blockchain innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Prior experience working with payments systems or crypto platforms is highly preferred.
