Our client, a fast-growing innovator in decentralized finance, is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead institutional growth across its expanding ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a team at the forefront of liquid restaking, tokenized yields, and DeFi infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll drive capital attraction, manage key relationships, and support revenue and TVL growth. You’ll work closely with UHNIs, family offices, hedge funds, and VCs—crafting tailored solutions and identifying strategic opportunities across DeFi and TradFi.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of business development experience, including at least 2 years in crypto, with a strong institutional network and deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized finance.
