Our client is seeking a driven Account Executive in the EMEA region. In this role, you will become an expert in blockchain technology and the company’s product suite, selling to both new and existing customers across various cohorts. You will focus on SMB accounts, driving sales from start to finish, and reporting directly to the Head of Sales.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales process—identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with SMB accounts. You will align sales initiatives with company goals, maintaining a well-organized CRM to ensure accurate forecasting. You will also support customers pre- and post-sale, gather feedback for internal teams, and provide solutions to reduce sales and support costs. Additionally, you will represent the company at events, contribute to sales performance KPIs, and create customer reports as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tech, crypto, or blockchain startups. A strong fluency in blockchain technology and protocols is essential, along with experience in B2B SaaS or infrastructure sales. You should be proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently to close new business. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are key, along with a willingness to grow and adapt in a high-growth industry.
