My client, a leading global trading firm, is seeking a talented Quant Developer to join their expanding DeFi team in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain innovation, developing cutting-edge algorithms and driving growth in the rapidly evolving DeFi space.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing trading algorithms, researching DeFi protocols, and contributing to state-of-the-art trade execution solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, flexible team and have the freedom to shape your projects to align with your talents and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in applied mathematics, experience with blockchain programming languages (e.g., Golang, Rust, Solidity), and a solid understanding of cryptocurrency. Familiarity with DeFi protocols, EVM, or quantitative trading environments is a strong advantage.
